AMERICAN MILITARY EXPERIENCE

This course surveys the role
played by the armed forces in American society through
a study of the origins and development of military
institutions, traditions and practices in the United
States, 1775 to the present. For R.O.T.C. cadets, this
course includes a one-hour laboratory during which the
students will learn basic soldiering skills and leadership
fundamentals. (Formerly HIST 224). (FALL).
